  13. Medical Data Electronics, a manufacturer of patient data monitoring
  14. equipment in the San Fernando Valley, is in search of a software
  15. engineer with Windows API experience.
  16. 2 to 5 years experience developing software on PC platforms.
  17. Minimum 2 years C experience, developing production software
  18. Minimum 1 year C++ experience, developing production software
  19. Minimum 1 year MS Windows API, OS/2 Presentation Manager,  X-Windows
  20. API or similar.
  21. Strong User Interface experience
  22. BSCS or equivalent
  23.  
  24. Additionally, the following would be plusses:
  25. Microsoft Visual C++ version 4.0
  26. Windows NT or Windows 95 API (failing that, OS/2 PM API
  27. Biomedical Engineering -- by training or experience
  28. FDA 501(k) submittals
  29. MFC or OWL
  30. RCS, Unix tools, etc.

  32. This position is for a team member to develop Win32 software for
  33. biomedical instrumentation.  The ideal candidate will be able to point
  34. to delivered products as evidence of performance.   Ability to develop
  35. clear code and concise documentation are important.
